Early
Cash at the ex date.
Stop waiting for a pay date. The AdvanceVault fronts your dividend in USDG the moment the ex date hits and keeps a 1% fee. Settlement pays the vault back weeks later.
Dividend layer · Robinhood Chain
The dividend layer for tokenized stocks. Cash in USDG at the ex date, streamed per second, or reinvested into more of the same stock. On chain, on Robinhood Chain.

Three modes
Deposit a stock token once. Set a mode per position. Change it whenever you like. Each dividend is paid the way you chose at the ex date.
Early
Stop waiting for a pay date. The AdvanceVault fronts your dividend in USDG the moment the ex date hits and keeps a 1% fee. Settlement pays the vault back weeks later.
Stream
From ex date to pay date the dividend accrues per second in the StreamEngine. Claim any time, in any size. Nothing sits idle waiting for a quarter to end.
DRIP
Every claim is swapped USDG → stock on Uniswap with an oracle-priced slippage guard, then credited straight back into your position. One transaction. No dust.
How it works
A dividend goes from declaration to your wallet through five contracts that only ever move money between themselves.
An oracle writes the dividend to the DividendRegistry: token, amount per share, ex date, pay date. The window can be at most 90 days.
Deposit stock tokens into DripCore and pick a mode. Only stock deposited before the ex date is eligible, proven from DripCore's own checkpoint history.
At the ex date anyone can activate a holder. Core computes the entitlement, books it in the AdvanceVault and opens a per-second stream for the net.
Early holders already have their USDG. Stream holders claim whenever. Reinvest holders see the claim swapped into more stock in the same transaction.
At the pay date the issuer's USDG is pulled in, the vault's receivable is repaid, and anyone who never activated can still claim, with no fee.
Eligibility is on chain
Checkpoints in DripCore decide who is owed what. Never a wallet snapshot, never an off-chain list.
Only contracts move money
Humans feed data, pay money in, or push money to its rightful owner. Protocol money only moves between protocol contracts.
Cancelled? Clawed back.
If an issuer voids a dividend, undrawn streams are cancelled and stock worth the cash already paid is seized from the position.
The app
Positions, streams and advances on a single dark surface. Numbers in mono. Every counter ticks with the wall clock.
Every page works with no wallet. Deposit, pick a mode, watch the counter move.
Universe
Sixteen Robinhood stock tokens with Chainlink USD feeds and Uniswap v3 routes. Every listing is verified against the oracle price before wiring.
Fifteen live. SPCX listed but disabled until its private-company feed is reviewed.
Agent
The MCP server exposes the whole protocol as tools. Reads return data. Writes return unsigned transactions and nothing else. The server holds no keys, so an agent can prepare a deposit, a mode change or a claim, and a human or a signer still decides.
